Double room available in a bright and spacious 2-bedroom flat in Greenwich.

You’ll be sharing the flat with just one other person, and one of the best things about the flat is that we each have our own bathroom, so there’s no bathroom sharing.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers, with a good-sized window and plenty of natural light.

The flat has a separate living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and two bathrooms. The living room is spacious and bright with a large window, so there’s plenty of shared space rather than having to spend all your time in your bedroom.

The kitchen has an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, air fryer and plenty of cupboard space.

I’m looking for someone clean, considerate and easy to live with, who treats the flat as a home and is respectful of shared spaces. I’m friendly and happy to chat/hang out occasionally, but also really value having our own space and privacy, so ideally I’d like someone with a similar balance.
