Hello all, I'm moving out of my room in a 2 bed 2 bathroom flat towards the third week of next October. It's a beautiful penthouse flat with a huge terrace and river views. There is a gym and swimming pool onsite for an additional £50 per year. Bills come out to about £180 (with one more to sort out at the minute). You'd be sharing with my flatmate Elisa who is super relaxed and easy going! The area is amazing, on the river with the nearest stations being Maze Hill (10mins walk) and Cutty Sark DLR (15 mins walk). North Greenwich is a 15 mins bus journey.
