Room Available Immediately

Hey! We're 2 working professionals currently living in the house looking for a third housemate to move in from September 15th.

🏡 It's a 3-floor house with a bright, open-plan kitchen and living area downstairs that leads onto a clean outdoor patio — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air with bonfire as we're also heading in the winter!

The kitchen is fully furnished and has everything you could need: two ovens, microwave, toaster, washing machine, and a dishwasher.

The available room is a single room, bright with direct sunlight and nice view of the greens outside.
There is ample space and flexibility to furnish it as per preference. The previous housemate left a big wardrobe, bed, mattress, table, storage shelves in place.
(There is a furnished guest room available to settle in while getting furniture for your room if needed)

There's one bathroom in the house with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.

The house is clean, friendly, and feels like a real home. We’re looking for a working professional who's clean, respectful, and kind — someone who would fit into the relaxed, social and friendly environment here.
