Flat in heart of Greenwich needs housemate!

Hello!
We have a really cosy flat in the heart of Greenwich.
The room is available from September 1st. The room is small and furnished with a t. v, dresser, wardrobe and a Double Bed.

We are two working professionals, who value a clean tidy house, and are considerate of each other's feelings about how we live and although we have opposite schedules and travel a lot we love a good catch up! We try to be aware of each other's work schedules and see if we can hang out - Usually weekends or pints in the pub by the park on Sunday.
The house has a great shared living space, fully furnished kitchen, (I cook, our last housemate baked.) washing machine, bathroom which has just been re-tiled and two super comfy sofas. The kitchen is the hub of the home and I'll always be cooking and eating on my days off and would love someone to join in.

Really looking for someone who wants to make the flat their home, the landlord is pretty cool with us painting and decorating so someone who wants to feel at home would be ideal.

The flat is literally a 30-second walk from Greenwich station which is 10 mins train to London bridge. Also 14mins to Cannon Street(next to Bank station).The DLR is 9mins to Canary Wharf.
Also you can cycle to London Bridge on the cycle route in 23 mins

Our preference is for a female housemate for balance .
Also, due to the house being small but comfy we are looking for someone that is NOT WFH - Tom and I work / are outmost evenings so whomever is at home will have the flat to themselves in the evenings which is quite nice.

WE ARE ADVERTISING ON A FIRST COME, FIRST LIKE, NEW HOUSEMATE POLICY. A lot of people see everyone first, we won't, if we like you then we shall give it a go.
Just letting you know Storeage is super limited and the furniture (cupboard etc…) needs to stay.
