📍Spare Room Available – SE12: A 5-minute walk to Grove Park Station, with direct trains to London Bridge and Charing Cross in around 20 minutes.
🛏 Room: Double room, fully furnished with ample storage.
Viewings available anytime in December.
🏡 What’s Included: High-speed WiFi
Washing machine + all essential utilities.
Additional £10/month for shared cleaning essentials.
👤 About Me
I’m very chilled — usually in bed by 10 and up early (5/6 a. m.). I’m not obsessively tidy, but the kitchen and other communal areas are clean at the end of the day, and general home cleaning happens on weekends.
I try to hit the gym 3-4x a week, I work from home 2–3 days a week and would ideally like someone who WFH around 1-2 days a week as well.
🤝 About You
You value a calm, peaceful home with the occasional weekend buzz.
You’re considerate and treat the space like your own.
Friends over is totally fine, ideally up to 6 nights a month (happy to discuss more if needed).
✨ If this sounds like your next home, or you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
