The room has recently been redecorated and includes period features and a built-in wardrobe. The house is semi-detached with a large garden, situated in a cul de sac opposite a nature reserve. The room has a lovely view of trees with no overlooking houses and you will hear birdsong in the morning. There is a working fireplace in the living room for cosy winter nights. The bathroom is recently refurbished with brand new washer-dryer, bath and shower, and has excellent water pressure.

It’s a 10 min walk to Grove Park station (zone 4), with 4+ trains an hour taking you to London Bridge in under 20 mins. The area is really green and our street is safe and peaceful, with friendly neighbours and free parking. The room is be ideal for a working professional or student looking for a comfortable, clean and creative home.

You will be living with me, the owner of the property, and my cat, Marlowe. I’m an artist and prop maker, and I have a studio and workshop at the house. If you are a creative we could come to an additional arrangement regarding use of these spaces.
