Small Double Room beside Victoria Park, E9

Hey! We're looking for someone to join our houseshare next to Victoria Park and replace our lovely housemate.

The room is a part-furnished double (bed, mattress and wardrobe) on the top floor of the house, sharing a bathroom with two others. We're really lucky as the house has loads of shared space including:

- A large kitchen
- Living room
- Conservatory
- Two bathrooms
- A garage
- A small (and, if we're honest, a little unloved) garden
- Utility room

You'd be living with Marisa (artist/fabricator - she/her), Amel (Lawyer -she/her) and Sabrina (consultant - she/her). We all found the house via spareoom at various points and get along well, but very much have our own things going on.

We'd like someone who is friendly, clean, enjoys kitchen chats, the odd movie, pub trip or coffee in the park and is looking for a peaceful home. If you’re looking for a party house, sorry this isn’t the one for you!

Rent is £550 a month, deposit is 5 weeks' rent. We all contribute £130 a month towards bills and a kitty for shared household costs (which includes any cleaning products, laundry bits and our fortnightly cleaner). The room is small so not suitable for someone working from home full-time. The walls are thin so noise consideration is key.

The room will be available from 17th November and we will be holding house viewings in the coming weeks.
