After 5 amazing years I am leaving my room in a great house share to join the property ladder.

It's a large double room in Hackney, with a garden that is super close to Victoria Park and some great little pubs and shops and you'd be sharing with two chilled back flatmates. One room has an en suite so you would only be sharing a bathroom with one other. I took on the room unfurnished but I am wanting to sell on the bed and mattress, wardrobe and side tables to the newbie for a reasonable price. The room is £780pcm plus bills which work out around £80.

We have a great size living room that's big enough to store bikes in if you cycle and a good size kitchen if you love to cook. The house is situated only a short walk from Homerton Overground and we have some great bus connections, the 30, 26, 425 and 277, really close by too taking you to Liverpool Street, Waterloo, Stratford and Islington. Hackney Central is only just over a ten minute walk away where you have many more bus connections too. Well Street has some lovely little cafes, a pizza restaurant, a beer store, a Tesco metro and a couple of fruit and vegetable shops.

A little bit about the others. Bruno is 37 and works in retail at Urban Outfitters who likes to have relaxed weeks due to early starts at work but enjoys cooking and watching movies over the weekends. Katie is a 26 year old civil servant who's super laid back enjoying dinners out and occasional drinks and comes with the adorable Holly, the cat. She's a very tender cat who likes to snooze in the living room and enjoy the odd cuddle on the sofa. She's never a bother. They are both clean and tidy flatmates. They are looking for either a guy or girl of a similar age, interests and lifestyle to share with to enjoy the odd meal or bottle of wine with occasionally but also resect privacy.
