Double room in beautiful, spacious, modern house close to Hackney Central station and opposite leafy park. The available room is on the first floor, sharing a large bathroom with one other housemate. Room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference.

The Housemates
There are 4 of us living here (3F, 1M). We all get along well and often hang out in the kitchen for a chat. Every now and again we organise a house dinner or go to the pub. We are all friendly and sociable, but also have our own lives and respect each others space. It’s a clean, tidy, calm, quiet and peaceful house and we would like to find someone who appreciates this too.

We are:
- Beth, 35, teacher who enjoys reading, tennis and music.
- Mahia, 36, Kiwi PRU teacher who enjoys yoga, rollerskating, reading, and dancing/gigs.
- Susana, 41, product manager, loves outdoor activities, travelling and photography.
- Jordan, 38, graphic designer who enjoys writing songs and is training to be a therapist.

We all enjoy living here and it’s important for us to find the right person for the house. When replying to the ad, please tell us a bit about yourself and we’ll get back as soon as we can.

PS - The ad is managed by our Landlord, Hagop, who is very friendly and is always responsive if anything needs repairing in the house. But it will be Beth who will reply to your message and hopefully arrange a viewing. We look forward to meeting you.

- The house is through St. Johns Churchyard opposite Hackney Central station
- At the end of a close, so hardly any traffic passing through
- very close to the pedestrianised area of Mare St.
- 5 mins walk from Homerton Hospital.
- plenty of restaurants, pubs, bars and clothes shops nearby
- Large Tesco 5 min walk from the house and plenty of bus links to central London.
- Regular pop-up markets nearby.
- The churchyard has large grassy areas with mature trees.
- 5 mins bike ride to London Fields and 12 mins to Victoria Park.
- There is a Zipcar and Zipvan directly outside the property.

The Bills:
Council tax Band G (£50 per tenant per month) is included in rent.
Additional bills (Water, Electric, Gas, Broadband, Cleaner) are an additional £140 per month
The successful tenant will need to pass referencing checks (earning £30k+).
