We are looking for an interesting individual to fill the second room in our amazing school conversion on the boarder of Victoria Park Village and Homerton.

The room is a double and comes furnished with a chest of draws, double bed and clothes rail.

The apartment itself is on the top (3rd) floor of what used to be the science department of a school. Recently renovated throughout, and has a large open plan kitchen and dining area, separate loft lounge and roof terrace.

The flat has two bedrooms and bathrooms, meaning you will effectively have your own ensuite.

The flat is in an amazing location being across the road from Well Street Common, 5 minutes' walk to Homerton station (connects to Victoria line in 15 min and Stratford in 10mins) as well as Victoria Park and the village with loads of nice pubs, cafes, etc to choose from. There is also a large tesco just down the road plus a couple of awesome pubs.

We also have a cleaner that comes in once a week so no cleaning rosters here.

You will be sharing the place with 2 others age 20s-30s. My name is David and I work in media. My partner Johan studies architecture. We both work fairly hard during the week and are relatively social in the weekend. We also have a a house outside of london so will likely be away at least every second weekend.

Ideally we are looking for a relaxed (yet clean), open minded, and interesting individual who is sociable, but also appreciates living in a nice home rather than just having a place to crash.

We are also looking for someone who works full time outside of home.

Rent is £780per month plus cleaner, bills, internet and council tax etc (around £140 a month).

No pets or couples or people thanks.
