London Fields Loft Style Apartment

My partner and I recently moved into a beautiful large two-bedroom loft style apartment in London Fields, we are looking for someone to take the second bedroom.

YOUR NEW HOME:
The flat has 3.5m high ceilings and south facing windows so the place is flooded with daylight and feels light and airy. Gorgeous original wooden floors and an ever growing number of plants! (Feel free to bring more!) Our secret bonus is the unofficial roof terrace accessible via the window which is a sun trap - great for sunbathing, yoga, or dinners on the roof.

The bedroom is furnished with a bed, clothes rail, desk and shelves but if you want to bring your own furniture that can be arranged also.

The building has a private communal courtyard for secure bike storage. The neighbours are so friendly and some have lived here for 10-15 years because they love it so much! The location is amazing, with London Fields, Broadway market, Victoria park and Hackney central all well within walking distance. Rent is £975 PCM including bills.

ABOUT US:
We are a super friendly, easy going, tidy, creative couple ages 28 and 30. Jake works in architecture and I’m a fashion photographer. We are massive foodies who love to cook and socialise over a good meal. We would love to cook you dinner :) We aren't party people but happy to host friends for little get togethers (or at least we did pre-pandemic!) Currently working from home a few days in the week so generally just looking to make the place a chilled environment.

ABOUT YOU:
Ideally looking for someone who wants to make this place their home and socialise over the occasional drink or dinner. Clean/tidy and friendly is the main criteria. A fellow creative and/or plant lover would be a bonus but not essential.
