Bright double room in Sutton place, Hackney

We have a large double room going in our recently refurbished Georgian town house. 5 min walk to Hackney Central and 10 min walk to homerton station.

It’s a super bright room on the ground floor. The bathroom is very modern with a rainfall style shower. The kitchen is fully stocked, with lots of space.

The room will be available from the end of Dec/Early January but need to confirm this. Pretty flexible with dates however. Rent is £585 a month plus bills which brings the total to around £670ish PCM with a weekly cleaner, WiFi and house kitty.

We are 6 young professionals, all very easy going. We respect each others space but also love a chat over dinner. We are looking for someone that’s clean and tidy, to contribute to home.

We have a kind of living room in the basement, there’s two bathrooms and 3 toilets. Unfortunately no gardens but there’s lots of fabulous parks close by.
