The flat is on the top floor of a new development with unobstructed views of London.

Overground is nearby but the train noise is very minimal, the house is new and with double glazed windows.

New built (2021) - recently moved in so everything is new, crisp and immaculate

You’re a relaxed male / female who is responsible and emotionally mature (it’s not about the age but about the attitude).

Professional and reliable with a stable job (sorry no students)

Ideally going to the office most days a week
Queer gay LGBTQ non binary trans and str8 allies to the front 🏳️‍🌈

While we love animals we can’t have a second cat or dog as this would trigger pet drama 🐶

No drugs and no smoking inside the house

We’d love to occasionally hang out but we don’t have to be best friends 💁‍♂️

Lucas: late 30s works in digital finance. Plants, yoga, motorcycles, cooking, kombucha, podcasts.

Simao: early 30s works in music tech. Vinyls, TV shows, music gigs.

Friends and family are welcomed at home as long as you’re respectful of noise and reasonable.

Often having the occasional bbq and cocktail party on the balcony. We also have fabulous neighbors we hang out with.
