Double room in hackney flat🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

I’ve got a double room available in a 2 bed flat (no living room) from 19th of December (E5).
I don’t own the house I have just been renting here for a looong time. It’s £650 all included and the deposit is £390.
It’s a double quiet room in Hackney just in lower Clapton Road. There’s 2 cats 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛ and no living room split in 2 floors.
The room has a bed, table, chest of drawers, and the beautiful wardrobe you see in first pic by the cross would be the one for the room. Opposite the room to save space we can get it in if u prefer. you still have tons of space for a bookshelf, etc.
I'm not so good at taking room pics so please contact me and ill send more. The house is very old but I love it. I'm about to do some work in the kitchen so it will look nicer by the start of the year

There’s several 24 h buses right at door step and Hackney central /clapton station/ Hackney downs station is 10 min walk.
I work in the filming industry (costume) so I mostly worked, now with strikes ill be home more often. I’m pretty easy, respectful and clean but my cats sometimes not so much 😹
I’m a queer goth human into antiques and the house looks just like that lol
There’s a roof terrace in the building and I have a projector in my room and I’m always happy to watch stuff.
