Hello!

I'm Ellen, 32 and been living in Hackney for 9 years, this is my own 2-bedroom home and am letting out the spare room pictured in the photos.

Please note this is a short term let - a rolling monthly contract as my home is on the market for sale as I am moving abroad.

Bills (gas/electric, broadband, 2 x cleaner monthly, water etc) come to another £150/month.

The room has a great double bed, large built in wardrobe, desk and chair, plenty of space for storage and is well sunlit, facing onto a quiet pedestrian road.

The flat is a 2 bed flat on 2 levels.
It's very central, closest stop Hackney Central, and within a short walk you can get London Fields park/lido, Hackney Downs, Homerton.
There is bike storage downstairs if you're a fellow cyclist!

Looking to live with someone who is also a working professional, who also values a quiet and clean home environment as I work hard so home is very much a sanctuary for me. We will be sharing a bathroom and kitchen and living spaces, and will have a cleaner every 2-3 weeks to support keep on top of things!

I have lived with lodgers on and off over the years and always enjoyed sharing the space, and want you to feel like it is your home too.

I am self-employed, and work from an office nearby. I spend a lot of the weekday evenings at home but will often be away at weekends.

I'm clean, tidy, generally will be doing my own thing as I've lived in London for 10 years, but open to the odd film/wine together! :)

The room is available from 19th February. Ideally you would be moving in no later than 1st March.
