A decent sized bedroom (with own bathroom) in a 2 bedroom modern stylish flat in a peaceful and quiet location along the River Lea. The flat has great insulation meaning a lovely warm flat with no cold drafts in the winter months!

This contemporary 2 bed flat is perfect for anyone interested in living in the east end of London. Set in a quiet residential block overlooking the River Lea canal and surrounded by park land either side. In addition, there is a Zen Buddhist temple directly adjacent to the flat.

I’m a professional and enjoy seeing friends and getting out and about, but at home I really value peace and quiet. I make the most of having the Buddhist temple nearby and meditate daily, so the flat is very much a calm space for me.

I’m generally early to bed and early to rise, and the flat is pretty chilled in the evenings. I’m friendly and happy to chat, but equally like my own space and don’t expect to socialise with a flatmate all the time.

I’m looking for the right person – someone independent, considerate and similarly happy to have a peaceful home. If you’re into parties or want a lively, late-night flat, it probably won’t be for you. If you like doing your own thing and coming home to somewhere quiet and relaxed, it should be a good fit.
