Double room in friendly house in Homerton/Hackney

Hello!

We are looking for someone to join our lovely house in December! Move in date is flexible but would have to be before 24th December.

(Bills are not included in the rent price, the monthly average is about £60-£140 season depending).

Upfront costs are:
Rent: £685.00 (pro-rata depending on date moved in)
Deposit: £600

We are a group of Australian and English professionals in our early 30s living in a 3 story, 5 bedroom house (2 bathrooms). We all have our own things going on but love to catch up in the kitchen when we can. Its overall a really relaxed and peaceful vibe in the house, and we all respect each other's space. Its not a party house as most of us work 9-5, and we prefer to keep the vibe quiet during the week.

We have a shared living room and an outdoor backyard which is fantastic over the summer months. We keep the house tidy and clean and also have a cleaner that comes once a week on Wednesdays. We are looking for a new flatmate who also values keeping the place clean.

The room as a default is rented unfurnished, however the previous tenant is selling her current furniture (mattress, desk, chest of drawers). We also ask for a furniture deposit (£130) which covers a lot of the kitchen equipment and sofa that we jointly brought when moving into the property

We are just off Well st. and Mare St and have lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. We are 1 minute walk from Tesco and 5 mins walk from Victoria Park and 7 mins walk from London Fields. We are 7 minutes walk from Homerton station and the 26 night bus is on the end of our road. (Also the 388 and 425.)

We are looking for someone who will be here longer term and who is happy to sign the lease with us which is being renewed in March.
