Looking for 1 person to take over my room in this lovely newly furnished room.
The location is excellent, centered in between Hackney Central and Homerton. With only a 15-minute walk to both London Fields and Victoria Park.
The room has a double bed and an ensuite which includes a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror. There's also a cupboard outside of the room for extra storage.
The house has a huge kitchen with a double fridge (!!) and a living area which includes Apple TV. There's also a decent-sized garden which is perfect for relaxing when the sun is out.
The two housemates are good friends and very easy to get along with. One is English and the other Australian. They both enjoy socialising by going out for food, drinks, and concerts.
The house has good wifi, we also pay monthly for house security with ADT. We also have a cleaner who comes bi-weekly. The road is very quiet and all the neighbors are very friendly on the street. There's also a street whatsapp if you ever need someone to take a parcel.
