Hey guys,
We are 3 guys in our 30's looking for a male housemate to replace our friend who is moving out in January.
It's a quiet and professional house as we all work hard during the week and like to chill at the weekend, we are pretty relaxed with a good house atmosphere. We socialise at the weekend and all love our sport esp watching the footy and enjoy a beer!
It's a lovely street with a real sense of community and a great pub (Chesham Arms!). We have really friendly neighbours and fantastic transport links. All in all it’s a great place to live! Oh and we also have a house cat just in case anyone’s allergic!
We want to fill the room in January so ideal date would be any time late Jan to early Feb at the latest. The room is also unfurnished but we can likely provide a bed if needed.

The rent with bills is £1015. There is also a deposit but it's fairly low about £550. Also, a bonus is that you don’t need to go on a contract as it’s a sublet. Over the years people come and go so we’ve always just given 8 weeks notice and then we find someone to take room.. so you’re not locked in if you need to move at any point.
