Double room w/ en suite in family home

We are looking for a female lodger for our spare double room with ensuite shower room. We have reduced the rent for the room (it was previously £250 a week) in exchange for a small amount of childcare support - please contact for further information.

It is a family home consisting of myself, my husband and 2 children. We have 2 cats and a dog.

We are friendly and have had lots of lodgers as well as au pairs in the past and are very happy to share our home, as long as it and our family are respected. The living room is our personal space but you are free to use our kitchen and garden. Our garden backs onto the River Lea and Hackney Marshes, and we are 15 mins walk from Hackney Wick and Victoria Park.

For the moment, our preference is a minimum term of 3 months to limit disruption in the household and we are willing to consider longer lets for the right person.

Rent includes all bills including WiFi. A cleaner comes to the house fortnightly.
