We are looking for a lodger for our spare double room with ensuite shower room.
The room has a double bed, bedside table, clothes storage, a desk and views out to the park. The en suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
It is a family home consisting of myself, my ex-partner and 2 children. We have 2 cats and a (quiet) dog. An initial call is preferred in advance of arranging a viewing.
We are friendly and have had lots of lodgers as well as au pairs in the past and are very happy to share our home, as long as it and our family are respected. The living room is our personal space while we are using it but you are free to use it when we are not around. Our garden backs onto the River Lea and Hackney Marshes, and we are 15 mins walk from Hackney Wick and Victoria Park.
For the moment, our preference is a minimum term of 6 months to limit disruption in the household and we are willing to consider longer lets for the right person.
Rent includes all bills including WiFi.
