Sunny room in queer home on Victoria Park

We are searching for a new roommate to our sunny Victoria Park apartment for a lease beginning 1 February 2025, although the room may be available to move in from mid September.
The flat is a three double bedroom maisonette in Victoria Park Village on the second and third floor of a low rise.

There is a bright and spacious living room, with Juliet balcony facing south toward the park, and a separate kitchen and WC off the hallway on the lower level. The upper floor has three bedrooms, all with wood flooring, along with the family bathroom.

Bills including council tax/heat/water/electric/wi-fi vary but are generally £130 per month

The available room is south facing toward the park and gets gorgeous light in the morning.

Location

Excellent bus links can be found on Victoria Park Road just 2 minutes away and Bethnal Green tube is within 0.9mile walk. Victoria Park Village is a 2 minute walk and includes lots of food and drink including the Lauriston, Hemingway, Royal Inn on Park.
