Room in a beautiful loft on the park

I'm looking for a new flatmate for an en-suite room in a split-level flat. It's a beautiful architect-designed loft with a homely atmosphere and a lovely neighbourhood community. It's located in a Victorian conversion close to Victoria Park and an 8min walk from Homerton station.

The room is on the top floor of the building, and has a skylight roof. It's part furnished, with custom-made cupboards. My current flatmate is also willing to sell her wardrobe and queen-size mattress. The room is on the same floor as the dining room and kitchen. I have the downstairs room, next to the shared living room. The split-level layout offers plenty of privacy. We also have access to the communal roof where we have our garden furniture and a hammock.

The council tax band is D.

I'm looking for a flatmate who is a professional, would like to make friends, and won't mind my occasionally long working hours. I'm planning to organise viewings this weekend. Can consider move in date flexibility.
