Current tenants (1 male, 1 female) work from home some days, in the office the other days. Overall, our house is more of a home than a flat-share. We are both easy-going and CLEAN! Please also be ready to tidy up after yourself, as it means living together is fair for everyone.

The River Lea & Hackney Marshes are a 5-minute walk, Mabley Green is across the road, the vibrant Hackney Wick is 12 minutes, and Hackney Central is 15 mins walk. This is a prime location in a peaceful area! Basically, bars, restaurants, cafés, clubs, etc reachable in 5-10 minutes from the flat with a bus stop right outside. When you come home, it's calm and peaceful.

Local Transport:
Bus: 236, 276, W15, 488 (these link to Mare St/Hackney Central in under 8 mins and from there you have 48, 55, 277, 254 and 106!!)
Overground: Homerton & Hackney Wick both 10 mins

The whole area is very well connected. The bus stops above are right outside the estate and will take you to Hackney Central Overground in 10 mins, and Homerton Overground in less than 5.
