Homely 2 bed flat sublet over Xmas and new year

Hi all! Homely recently-renovated 2 bedroom Hackney flat available to sublet for 3 weeks £1500, roughly £70 per day. Price includes all bills.

Available from Weds 18th Dec to Thursday 9th Jan. Can be flexible by a few days.

Looking for a couple or family (or friends, as long as you know each other basically) to take the whole flat rather than renting out individual rooms. Obviously looking for tidy responsible peeps pls :) goes without saying no parties sorry.

Flat is part of a block of flats, friendly neighbours and great area!

It's 2-storied with kitchen and living downstairs and bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs.

Lots of natural light and a little balcony overlooking some greenspace.

Both rooms have built-in wardrobes and a set of drawers each, and come with comfy beds (one double and one king), can provide bedding and towels too if you need.

ABOUT THE AREA
Well Street shops are a stones throw away which has a Tesco and a post office and a pharmacy and various other small handy shops.

It's a short walk to the glorious Victoria Park, as well as a short walk to Mare Street/London Fields etc with all the excellent bars and restaurants you could want.

It's a very chilled quiet road/building.

All clothing/toiletries/food will be cleared but everything else will stay (kitchenware/decor bits etc)

£300 deposit, which will go straight into the DPS and you'll get it back when I get home as long as there's no damage (DPS usually take 1-3 working days to return deposits).

I know there's been some rogue people posting ads recently, so happy to provide ID/Linked In/Facebook etc (and will ask the same of you once we chat/move forward).
