SHORT let - Charming room -spacious flat w/gardens

Looking for friendly person who would like to stay in my room between Oct 16 and 27

The room is in a new build ground floor flat and the house has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, an open plan fully equipped kitchen and living room with big windows and a lots of light, a garden and back courtyard with bike storage! There is also a large terrace on the first floor of the building with additional bike storage areas

You will be living with my flatmates Meg and Unai. Meg is a researcher, and Unai is a fashion designer. We like to cook, make art, have a growing collection of herbs, a beautiful piano, and too many books!

The room

The room is furnished with a double bed, bookshelves, a wardrobe, a working desk, clothes hangers and a bedside table with lamps and plants

The area

The house is Clapton, a happening village-like place in the heart of East London, and our neighbours are super friendly. It is super close to Hackney downs park and station, and a 5-10 min cycle to London fields, Broadway market and Shoreditch without being loud and overwhelming. There are lots of small independent shops around, an organic vegetable store right around the corner, supermarkets, coffee shops, pedestrian market streets near Hackney central, local markets, chatsworth road, hackney marshes, the canal all in the area.

Hackney Central and Hackney downs stations are both a 10 minute walk from the house. There is a bus stop right outside, and lots of other bus stops within a 5 minute walk. The bicycle is the best way to get around.

The room is available starting October 16 until 27, and rent for that period would be £400 including bills. You are also welcome to use my bike :)
