SHORT let - Charming room -spacious flat w/gardens

My room is available for a short sublet between 31st March and 17th or 26th April with flexible dates, for a friendly person who might need it.

The room is in a new build ground floor flat and the house has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, an open plan fully equipped kitchen and living room with big windows and a lots of light, a garden and back courtyard with bike storage! There is also a large terrace on the first floor of the building with additional bike storage areas. Our neighbours are respectful and friendly.

The room

The room is furnished with a double bed, bookshelves, a wardrobe, a working desk, clothes hangers and a bedside table with lamps and plants

The area

The house is Clapton, a happening neighbourhood in the heart of East London, very close to Hackney downs park and station, and a 5-10 min cycle to London fields, Broadway Market and Shoreditch without being loud and overwhelming. There are small independent shops around, an organic grocery store around the corner, supermarkets, coffee shops, pedestrian markets near Hackney central and Chatsworth road, Hackney marshes, the canal all in the area.

Hackney downs and Hackney central stations are both a 10 & 15 minute walk from the house. There is a bus stop right outside, and lots of other bus routes within a 3 minute walk.

The room is available starting 31st March up to 26th April, rent is £820 with bills, pro rata if less! You are also welcome to use my bike :)
