The flat comes fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need including a knife set and a Nespresso machine.

Council tax (band b), water, fibre broadband, gas and electricity bills will be in my name and I will recharge monthly. These come to £225-£275 depending on usage and includes council tax. If you are a student you can reduce council tax to £0 by registering for the discount - this cuts the bills in half.
