Hi gals! I’m leaving my room in a 3 storey house in Hackney Central to move in with my partner. I’ve lived here for 3 years and truly loved the place so I’m hoping to find someone who can enjoy it as much as I did. Here’s the practical bits:

* Move in from May 1st
* Rent is £550 + ~£89 bills = £639pcm
* Located 10’ from Hackney Central & Homerton overground
* Big Tesco is 10’ walk, 7’ Sainsbury’s local, 6’ coop. 20’ walk to Victoria Park, London Fields, Hackney Marshes and Hackney Downs
* Double bedroom, bathroom shared with 1 other flatmate
* Comes furnished with king size bed, chest of drawers, desk, bookshelf and wardrobe. There’s extra storage in the hallway cupboard if needed
* House is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer
* There’s space available to store your bike indoors
* There is a backyard which is great to enjoy the sun during summer or just hang the washing

You will be sharing with 3 girls aged 31, 35 and 36, who are looking for a new housemate to call this place home together. We are looking for a like-minded, chilled, clean and respectful 27+ non smoker female professional to share our home. No couples or pets I'm afraid. 

We rent directly from a super lovely landlord who is always fast at fixing any problems we may have.
