Hello, I have a spare room available in the beautiful area of London Fields/ South Hackney. With Victoria Park and London fields just at the end of the road it’s the perfect location!

The flat is very modern and recently decorated with a new kitchen and bathroom and comes fully furnished including double bed, wardrobe, bed side table etc.

The flat itself is spacious and also fully furnished including a large living/ dining room with sofa, TV, dining table etc, a large kitchen with all equipment, a new modern bathroom and also a balcony. The flat has everything in it that you need to live and also a lot of storage space.

Victoria park and London Fields are literally at the end of the road of the flat as well as Broadway Market and a wealth of shops, bars and restaurants in this buzzing area of London which has Shoreditch on the doorstep.

The flat is a 8 minute walk away from London Fields station (overground), and about 12 minutes from Bethnal Green station (central line). There are also lots of other connection routes from Hackney central or Homerton stations about 10 minutes away as well as lots of bus routes. There are also Santander bikes at the end of the road which I personally use to get around, it takes 10 minutes to cycle to Liverpool Street or 15 to London Bridge as an example.

We're professional people who work during the week but enjoy being sociable outside of work hours and love living with other people. We're easy to live with and like to keep the flat clean and tidy so will be looking for someone similar. We've lived with various housemates over the past 10 years and love the friendships made along the way.

In our spare time we enjoy our sports and music including going to gigs, rock climbing, running, cycling and swimming. We can also often be found in the pub with friends and family.
