The room is furnished, with a double bed, shelves, desk and bed side table. Room has big double windows and Juliet style balcony.

The flat is located between Homerton and Hackney Central overground, about 7 min walk to each - 25 mins into central.
Usually about 30 mins to central London (Oxford Circus)
Close to all amenities.

I’m looking for a clean, tidy and considerate housemate, 30 years old plus.

Available from 1st December.

I work from home 2 days a week, I’m pretty chilled, but fairly busy going to the gym or out with friends in the evening and weekends.
