We're looking for a new housemate to join us in our spacious Victorian warehouse. The available room is the largest in the house with loads of natural light.

The space is 3, 200 sq. ft., eclectic, bright and open plan. Located in Enterprise House, a sought-after live/work building right by London Fields, Broadway Market and Mare Street.

We have high ceilings and large original windows running along the whole space. There are beautiful industrial features throughout giving the space real character.

Rent is inclusive of all bills and Council Tax. The available room is an extra large double with exposed beams and high ceilings. There's loads of space for a desk to wfh and to have a personal lounge area. Available on single occupancy only.

The shared space is huge and flooded with light. We have a generous lounge with comfy sofas and projector home cinema.

The kitchen is spacious and open plan with an adjacent dining area with a feature light and round table to seat 8 +.

Full central heating throughout, the space is nice and warm all year round.

We're a mix of young professionals looking for a clean, considerate flatmate who’s down to socialise and watch movies, come to the pub on occasion, etc.

We've put a lot of work into making the space what it is and want a housemate who will treat it like a home. We are all clean and considerate and expect our new housemate to contribute.
