Spacious master en-suite bedroom available in London Fields flatshare. A 5 minute walk to London Fields/ London Fields station, and 5-10 minute walk to Hackney Central station. Inside a gated community, lift access. Room comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. En-suite is a toilet, shower and sink. Beautiful floor to ceiling window.

We are three LGBTQIA+ art graduates, one couple and one single. We have a spacious living room which functions as a workspace as well as a relaxed social area. The kitchen has all appliances, including a fridge/freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, etc. We don't smoke in the flat. We enjoy the living room altogether and with other friends from time to time. We all maintain a tidy and clean common space to be respectful to all flatmates' desired use of it.

We are looking for a similarly queer/queer-friendly flatmate, who is kind and relaxed with professional, social and creative interests. Ideally between 18 and 35 and a non-smoker.

Move-in date is end of June, ideally for a 12 month contract, however we are open to discuss shorter lets of a minimum 6 months. The deposit is 1 month's rent, and we request 1 month's rent upfront on move-in date.
