Hi renters! Hope you're well. I'm looking for a tenant to rent an en-suite double room from 28th January for about 3-6 months with a possibility of taking over the tenancy after. It's in a lovely 2-bedroom flat in Hackney Central - and equidistant from London Fields and Homerton station too! Bonus is I'll be away for most of Feb so you'll have the flat to yourself to settle in!
The flat has a large open plan living and kitchen area and is fully furnished and equipped! There's a bonus utility room with a washing machine, dryer, drying rack etc. Bills come to around £150 - £200 on top of the rent each month - it varies as I calculate the electricity by meter each month according to use.
