Double in Hackney Flat

A double room available in a Hackney flat. We had a great relationship with our old flatmate and we created a really social environment. The best bit about the flat is the communal areas so the flat would best be suited to people looking for a social flat rather than just a room to rent. So please include a bit about yourself in your message. We're look to organise viewings from the 23rd July, with a move in date ASAP.

The flat is in a great location. Just a short walk to London fields and Hackney Central Station. There's a large tesco super close by and Victoria Park is just a 10/15 minute walk away.

Council Tax is included in the rent and the other bills normally come to about £60, depending on the month.


The room is £890, it's a great space with a large sliding wardrobe and plenty of space for storage. I used to have this room, but am taking the slightly smaller one to save a bit on rent.

A bit about us (Connor and Gavin) - we're very easy going and chilled out and love exploring new places and going for drinks/food with mates. Love football/the pub and that pretty much takes over our weekend! We're looking for a sociable flat, sharing with people who are down for pub/movie nights after work but I'm also not adverse to a night in.

I'm a massive foodie and a bit of gamer, Gavin is a (surprisingly fast) runner who loves music and going to gigs.
