Double Room in the lovely Victoria Park Village

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a bright three-bedroom house right in the heart of Victoria Park Village, Hackney. The house overlooks the park and sits opposite a great pub which is ideal if you like having a pint without the trek.

Inside: there’s a big kitchen and living room, shared bathroom (plus separate toilet), utilities room, and good-sized front and back gardens. Loads of storage too. I usually work from home in the living room as the others work out of the house.

The room: a double overlooking the park. I might leave my cabin bed (the raised one in the photo) It’s brilliant if you’ve got a lot of clothes or want more floor space.

Housemates: two lovely women in their late twenties who work in professional jobs, are sociable but independent. Looking for someone around a similar age (27–35) who’s tidy, respectful, and up for the occasional chat over wine or a Sunday roast.

Transport: 12 mins to Homerton Overground, 15 to Mile End Tube, 18 to Bethnal Green, and the bus stop’s literally a minute away.

The tenancy can be signed over at the beginning of November but I will be starting to move my things out from the 20th October so happy for you to start moving in earlier if that's helpful.

Current housemates are in their late twenties so not looking for anyone under the ages of 26!
