Looking for a respectful and clean person to stay in my lovely home between 2 to 3 weeks (Starting 18th November).

This is a lovely 1 bedroom garden flat in Clapton (between Rectory Road and Clapton stations - on the Overground).

The flat comprises of:
- Bedroom with double bed & wardrobe.
- Sitting room with dinning table and Apple TV( there’s no live TV).
- Fully equipped kitchen with integrated white goods, appliances and cooking utensils.
- Bathroom with over the bath shower.
- Hall with a separate cupboard for the washing machine.
- Communal garden.

All bills included (council tax, broadband, gas, electricity, water).

Security deposit is one week’s rent (£475)
