THE FLAT:

V high ceiling, heaps of natural light, and views of London through floor to ceiling south facing crittall windows.
There’s under floor heating.
You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one flatmate.
There’s a big TV with Netflix, Prime and Disney+.
The flat comes fully furnished, including kitchenware.
The v large double bedroom has gorgeous features- a huge window, and exposed brick. It also has a desk, wardrobe and comfy bed.
The balcony is the full length of the flat and gets afternoon sun.
The building has a concierge and bike storage.

THE LOCATION:
An ideal location in Hackney Central, on a quiet street. pubs, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, shops, 2 big Tescos and more.
Lots of nature on the doorstep, from a church park right outside, Victoria Park and London Fields are both a 10 minute stroll and Hackney Downs nearby too.
It’s well connected- a short walk from Hackney Central Overground, close to Hackney Downs Station, and lots of bus routes too.

THE SITUATION:
I’m leaving London from 11th December and coming home 8th Jan (some flexibility)

THE FLATMATE:
Jess is a great combo of chill and fun. She’s 31 and works in tech.
Jess is very sociable. She has mates round once in a while, but mostly drinks and socialises out and about.
