A spacious room is available in a quiet and well-maintained flat on Trelawney Estate (E9 6NT), just a short walk from Mare Street and Hackney Central.

The flat will be shared by only three people in total. The landlord lives in the property but travels frequently, so most of the time you’ll enjoy a peaceful and relaxed home environment.

We’re looking for a clean, considerate and responsible person who respects shared spaces, cleans up after themselves and values a comfortable atmosphere for everyone.

Bills
Most bills are included in the rent. The only additional cost is a contribution towards gas and electricity. The landlord covers the first £100 of the combined gas and electricity bill, and any amount above that is split equally between the two tenants (usually £0–£50 depending on the season) All other bills are included in the rent.
