Looking for a new flatmate to join me in this great area in East London.

I’d describe myself as a sociable, fun, clean and sporty individual keen to bring in a like-minded person with similar interests. I see the flat as a social space where we can hang out, but also have our own lives that sometimes cross paths. I enjoy running and cycling in my spare time as well as cooking in the flat and playing records. My girlfriend is sometimes over and we’ll be over at hers in Stratford too occasionally so they’ll be nights to enjoy the flat to yourself. Other interests include eating out with friends, watching films, exploring new areas of London, going to gigs and of course the pub followed by the occasional night out. I work in travel and always work in the office so if you need a space to wfh then that’s not a problem as I’m in the office Monday to Friday. Am about to upgrade the broadband to fibre so the internet will be state of the art.

Currently there are two of us. My flat mate will be moving out leaving the larger bedroom available. She was my first experience with Spareroom and has been absolutely faultless and a joy to live with, I’ve made a friend for life and hope to do the same with my next flat buddy even if for just 10 months. I would like to share with someone ideally aged 25-35 but also open - getting on is the most important aspect!
