Double room for single person to rent in a beautiful town house, in Dalston. This room available for Mon-Fri. If you are looking for full-time, feel free to message too.


* Location: located in a secure gated mews in Dalston, Hackney. It's within close proximity of several overground stations and bus routes for easy travel options.
-Hackney Downs 4mins walk;
-Dalston Junction 8mins walk;
-Hackney Central 8 mins walk;
-Dalston Kingsland 8-10 min walk;
-Several major bus routes (30, 38, 56) right at doorstep.

A few minutes walk to a couple of local markets, the amazing Broadway Market (Sat and Sun), and Dalston high street where there is plenty of shops, bars, restaurants etc. London Fields and Hackney Downs parks are both short walk away.

Easy to get to Liverpool Street station (10mins from Hackney Downs stn).
Major supermarkets are within short walking distance (Tesco 4 min, Sainsbury's 6 min amongst others).

Looking For: A working professional who is respectful, open minded and clean.

I'm looking for a housemate Mon-Fri only at the moment, due to other commitments, work pressures etc. However, this can be flexible, depending on what you're after. Please message me to discuss what you are looking for, and see what can work for us both.

* Facilities: You will have your own double bedroom on first floor in a recently decorated room, plenty of storage in the cupboards and units. New ottoman bed (not shown in picture) for even more storage!

Underfloor heating is present throughout the property.
A shared bathroom with a lovely shower (I have my own toilet, so only the shower is shared).

A decent kitchen with all essential appliances including cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc.
A modern reception room with TV, large table, and access to terrace/balcony.

Bills are included (utilities, service charge, etc).

* About me: I work in finance, in my 40s and hybrid working, usually WFH Monday and Fridays. I'm clean, respectful, and would expect the same.
LGBT+ friendly household.
I often work in evenings due to work commitments so this is not a party home. But the odd social dinner party with friends is okay.
