Large, bright double room on the edge of Victoria park.

The large double bedroom has a double fitted wardrobe with plenty of storage space. There is also plenty of space for a desk for working from home.

The flat has shared kitchen with a breakfast bar, bathroom and generous living space, including mezzanine (currently a work from home space for the second smaller bedroom). We have a very small balcony with great views across to Canary Wharf and the city.

Our lovely flat is on the top floor of a small block, 2 minutes from Victoria park and Regents canal. We're also a 5 minute walk to Broadway market and London fields offering loads of great eating & drinking spots. Alternatively, the walk down to Victoria park shops is around 10 minutes.

Monthly bills are - council tax, electricity, water, internet, TV license. Costs are based on winter use so may vary slightly over the year, approximately £190 per month each. Deposit is 5 weeks rent.

You'll be sharing with Clare - I've been living around east London for the last 10+ years and really love the local area. The flat is a lovely peaceful space.

I'd describe myself as friendly, laid back, considerate, clean and tidy. I tend to be out and about during the week, either seeing friends or playing hockey. When working I usually work from the flat a couple of days a week up in the mezzanine and am also out for a few days too. Sharing with someone who is up for sharing the occasional meal, TV or catch up on the day would be welcome.

Bethnal Green is the nearest tube (about a 12 minute walk) or Cambridge health overground (less than 10minutes) linking straight to Liverpool Street. There are also plenty of buses running down the main road.
Our nearest big supermarket is Lidl on Well Street, or there is a large Sainsbury by Whitechapel.
There is no official bike storage but could be accommodated if needed.
