Hello future flatmate,

One of our flatmate moving out of our lovely flat in Hackney and need to find a new tenant to take his room.

The room is a double with a large 2 door cupboard, a table , a chair and a small drawer. The room has a beautiful large window that lets in lots of natural light. The kitchen comes with all the things needed as well as your own cupboard, shelf in the fridge and drawer in the freezer.

The area:
There is a Tesco and Turkish supermarket close by and you are only 10min walk from a large Tesco. A 10 min walk to Chatsworth Road where there are heaps of nice restaurants and cafes as well as a new cinema above Eat17. Hackney Central is only 12min walk away with lots of great shops, bars and cafes. Victoria Park is a short 10 min walk. Homerton Hospital is a short 10min walk.

Access to transport:
5min walk from Homerton Overground
12min walk from Hackney Central
Buses 394, 236, 276, 425, 30 and 26 are all less then 5 or 5 min walk away.

About the tenants:
There are 4 rooms no living room, , first room occupied by a chef in his 50s , second room by a data analist she is on her 30s and third one by me who is a barista recently .Everyone is cool and respectful.

We prefer a min stay of 6 months and one month of notice period will be required upon leaving request ,
