Large and bright double room off Well Street

Hello hello hello!

We’ve got a large double room becoming available at the start of June. We’d love to have a woman mid-30s+ moving in then!

We’re located off Well street, a few steps away from Well Street market with its coffee shop, Tesco, fish and chips shop etc. 9 mins from Homerton station, and maybe a 15 minutes power walk to Hackney central. Victoria Park is round the corner which is always a good thing and yeah, if you don’t know the area, it’s pretty nice around here.

We are a house of 5 (with you), 3 guys, a woman, hence the willingness to have another woman in the house.

The room is on the ground floor of a Victorian three storey house, we DO NOT have a living room, as a result, the rent is relatively cheaper than elsewhere, we have a nice backyard which is handy during sunnier days. We have 1.5 bathrooms and the kitchen is the communal area. Even if it’s sounds like a lot of people, we make it work, it’s never the rush for the morning shower nor the diner time, we accommodate one another.

We are looking FOR A WOMAN, mid thirties ideally, so we’re on the same boat. We’re civilised adults so no bringing 25 peoples in on a Tuesday night, needless to say not the other days either. You’re more than welcome to bring friends for diner every now and then but yeah, no party please.

We try our best to be mindful with everyone's space etc, so we do our best to keep the place clean blah blah blah.

The rent is £800 to be paid on the last day of the month, and everything is included, internet, hot water, gas, electricity.
The deposit is one month rent in advance.
