A cosy double room in a bright and airy 3 bed, sharing with two 34 year olds. We are looking for someone friendly, tidy and fun, we are not a party house but do hang out together at home, go to the pub together, etc.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, single free standing wardrobe, and built in double wardrobe. We have a desk we can put in the room if you need one!
It’s a great flat that feels like home, I am just subletting whilst I go away for work.
Deposit is £750 and the room is £1000 a month for the room, with bills on top - they come to about £160 a month.
