We are looking for a housemate to join our friendly house situated in East London, Victoria Park.

HOUSE
The house is a very big end of terrace on a quiet road right next to beautiful Victoria Park. It has a very large living space, 3 gardens, good sized kitchen, and two bathrooms.

ROOM
The room available is a good size, very cozy and fully furnished. In addition to a French designer double bed, there is an open closet and a chest of drawers with 6 large drawers. There is also a large wooden box for storing items. The wooden box and chest of drawers are from the same designer as the bed. There is also a hairdryer and other items for daily use. As the room faces the inner courtyard, it is very quiet despite its central location (1 minute to Victoria Park, Queens Gate).

LOCATION
We are 2 min walk from a bus to Bethnal Green Tube and other routes into central, as well as 7min walk from Homerton Overground which links to Highbury and Camden quickly. We are also very close to Lauriston Village and its pubs and cafes, and not far from Hackney Central, Shoreditch, Dalston night life and London Fields.

HOUSEMATES
Aged 26-35. Male and Female, We are friendly, sociable people. Jobs are creative, design and food industry. We like to keep the house a clean place to live so we have a cleaner coming week fortnightly (as well as tidy up after ourselves), and anyone interested in being involved in the garden and vegetable growing would be most welcome!

RENT
The room is £650 bills and Internet included and £750 up front for deposit.

The room is great for a person that works full time.
