I'm looking to complete a change of occupancy/move out of my flat based just off Well Street because I'm moving out of London. It's a super modern and spacious 1 bed flat, a stone's throw away from London fields overground station. It is the penthouse apartment boasting a wrap around balcony to enjoy during spring and summer.

One of the best features of the flat is the price + location combination. I viewed about 10 other properties before moving in and was pretty surprised to find something so good at such a reasonable price. Perfect for one or two tenants.
