SUBLET - Beautiful double in the heart of Hackney

Hello,
I’m off on a three month sabbatical and my lovely room is up for a sublet from around 15 July to 10 October!

It’s a gorgeous double with wooden floor and big windows, on the top floor of a large house.
The house is on three levels, we have a lovely little balcony that gets all the sun during the day, a back garden perfect for summer evening chill, living room with period features and good sized kitchen.

You’d be sharing with other four people: Tim, Isabelle, Bea and Chase, and the cheekiest of cats, Milo. They’re all in their late 30s to early 40s (except Milo, he's just 7!), all super nice and chilled. One of them works as a head baker in a popular East London bakery, which means we have a noise curfew for part of the week, but also an endless supply of delicious fresh sourdough bread and pastries!

I'd rather let the room for the whole three months, but I can be a little flexible with start and end dates if needed (1-3 days either end).
Rent is £820/month all in, a real good deal for this area and the size of the room - we are literally a few metres from Hackney Central station, just off Mare Street.
