Flat-share bedroom to rent in E9

I’m looking for a lodger/flat mate to rent the second bedroom in my flat. The flat is a short walk to Chatsworth Road or Hackney Wick which are great for restaurants, pubs and bars. It's also a great location if you like being outside as it's very close to Hackney Marshes and the river Lea.

The room is recently decorated and comes furnished with a single bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, shelving and a desk with chair. The living room, kitchen and bathroom in the flat have all been recently renovated and decorated.

A little bit about me: I am 39, originally from Yorkshire and working for the NHS. I'm friendly, sociable, tidy & respectful of others'. The flat is fairly cosy so I'm looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, who likes chilled evenings during the week.

I work as a nurse, I work office hours locally around East London, and occasionally work from home. I am out of the flat a lot of the time due to work, exercising and travelling but also like to come back to a clean and tidy flat that I call home.

I have advertised this for an initial short-term period but would be happy to extend this beyond three months once we’ve got to know each other. I look forward to hearing from you. Cheers :)
