Available from 24th July! (We’re currently at Glasto so pls message if interested and we will get back to you from 1st July).

This is a large double bedroom with lots of light and space for storage. It will come unfurnished (optional wardrobe).

The House:
2 bedroom Victorian terrace on quiet street with one other tenant, Joe. Communal areas below:

- Separate dining room that could be used for working from home, dinner parties etc.
- Separate kitchen with large fridge and all standard appliances.

A bit about Joe (the tenant)
I’m a 32 year old music producer from the midlands. I love socialising, chilling and relaxing to music, a good book, galleries and hunting down the best pain au chocolat and coffee in Hackney.

Atmosphere:
Chilled, cosy house with friendly housemate who works from home. Looking for a new housemate in full time work who enjoys socialising together on occasion and a catch up (not a ships passing in the night type home). It’s a relaxed home so not a party house. We keep our home clean and tidy but also want it to feel like your private homely space too . There may be people coming by the house to work with me during the day, but i’ll always be respectful of your personal/work space!

Deposit is: £1,312.50
Bills are an additional £128 and cover council tax, WiFi, water/gas/electric.
