We are looking for someone friendly and clean to join us in our wholesome Homerton flat 🌱

The location couldn’t be better - we are a 10 minute walk from Victoria Park, London Fields, and Hackney Central/Homerton overgrounds, with so much to do (and eat) just moments away.

A bit about us

Anna (27) works for a healthy relationships education charity. She performs cabaret in her spare time and loves exploring restaurants and cafes in the local area.

Margot (26) is a medical student finishing up her training in East London. She loves running around Victoria Park and eating out with her friends around Hackney.

Who we are looking for

Our ideal flatmate will be someone friendly and relaxed, who is happy to join a peaceful flat, rather than a party house.

We love looking after the flat (and each other!) - keeping it clean and making it a nice, happy place to live - hopefully you will be on the same vibe!

Details

The room costs £800 per month, with bills being around £80-100 including council tax and wifi. The contract renews on the 7th of August so the room needs to be filled by then, although the move in date can be brought forward by a few days or so if need be.

The room comes with a bed and a mattress, and potentially a few other bits and bobs.

Big Tesco very nearby, with Lidl about a 20 minute walk away. We are also near an M&S and Sainsburys.

We have a communal balcony where Margot stores her bike - and there is room for another!
