Looking for a flatmate in 2bed flat in E9

Hello! am looking for a new flatmate who is going to take over my current flatmate's contract in August. I lived with my friend in this lovely flat for two years but she has to move the place, so need to find someone to fill her room and be on a new contract.

It's a year contract and the total rent is £2150 monthly. The room i let out is the biggest bedroom which you can use bedroom/lounge(bigger than usual double bedroom size) and I use the smallest bedroom and living room as my personal studio. Even though your bedroom is the biggest, total size of two rooms i've been using is slightly bigger so I adjust the rent that I pay bit more. But the other side in the room i have a couch and lounge space that I am happy to chill out with my flatmate!

the room is unfurnished but my flatmate is up for leaving her bedframe with two drawers(very sturdy and good bedframe!)

It is very tidy and clean flat with corridor so all rooms are separated so very good to have our own privacies!

The neighbourhood is in london fields, less than 10mins by walk from broadway market and london fields and very accessible to many stations like london fields(5mins) and hackney central(10mins) overground and bethnal green central line(15mins)which connects you to central london very quick. Also a lot of good quality of organic shops and fun places around!
